Based on Law Number 25 of 2007 Article 15 it is stipulated that every investment company is obliged to prepare an Investment Activity Report (LKPM) and submit it to the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM). Every investment company is required to submit Quarterly and Semester LKPM. For companies that do not submit LKPM according to the reporting period, BKPM will follow up by sending a warning letter to the company. Companies that do not respond to the warning letter for 3 (three) consecutive times may be subject to sanctions in the form of canceling/revoking the company’s license. LKPM must be submitted online through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system on the “Reporting” menu, sub menu “LKPM Report”.
