Apostille

An apostille is a form of authentication that seeks to simplify the process of legalizing and authenticating public documents so that they can be recognized internationally in foreign countries that are members of the 1961 Hague Convention Treaty.

This Apostille Legalization is an Online Document Legalization Service from Indonesia which can be recognized for use abroad by both Indonesian people and foreign citizens (countries that are members of the Apostille Convention).

The Apostille Legalization Service can be accessed by the public since June 4 2022 in line with the provisions of Article 12 of the Apostille Convention, and was officially launched on June 14 2022 by the Indonesian Minister of Law and Human Rights.

Required documents:
1. KTP (if Indonesian), passport (if foreigner).
2. Document which will  be legalized.
3. Destination country where document will be used.
4. Power of Auttorney.
