Holder of visa index b213 single entry valid for stay permit 30 days.
If you want to stay longer, you can extend this kind of visa maximum one time. Extension for extra 30 days stay permit.
Please apply your extension two weeks before expiration date. If you exceed the expiration date you will be charged an overstay fine of 1,000,000 per day.

Required documents for VOA application are:
1. Valid passport (minimum validity 6 months).
2. Return ticket or onward ticket leaving Indonesia.
3. Proof of payment on arrival.
4. Proof of insurance
