PBG is a permit granted to building owners to build new, change, expand, reduce, and/or maintain buildings in accordance with building technical standards.
Building Approval (PBG) replaces the Building Permit (IMB). This is stated in Government Regulation (PP) No. 16/2021 concerning Regulations for Implementing Law No. 28/2002 concerning Buildings which was stipulated on February 2, 2021. This regulation is a follow-up to the provisions of Article 24 and Article 185 letter b of Law no. 11/2020 concerning Cipta Kerja.
Required documents:
- Proof of Land Ownership (SHM, HGB, HGU, AJB or other proof of ownership)
- Building Owner Identity (KTP/KITAS)
- Architectural Design Concept
- Details Structure Drawings
