Land & Property Right in Indonesia;
1. Right of Ownership (Hak Milik). Also known as Free Hold Title, available only for Indonesian Citizens.
2. Right to build (Hak Guna bangunan/HGB). Allows building construction, available for Indonesian nationals & legal entities established in accordance with Indonesian law and domiciled in Indonesia.
3. Right to Use (Hak Pakai). Allows the use of product collected from a peace of land. Available for foreigners, Indonesian Nationals, Locally owned company & foreign owned companies with representative office in Indonesia.
4. Lease hold Right (Hak Sewa). Allows the use of a part of land/property, available for foreigners, Indonesian nationals, locally owned companies & foreign owned companies. A lease agreement is needed.
